How we work
We start by truly understanding what this change means to your organisation and your teams. We work with you on how we bring your teams onto this change journey from the beginning by building a strong engagement and communication plan that focuses on ‘The Why’ this change is occurring.
Our role is to support you by facilitating collaboration and create the environment to allow clear communication between various teams that are involved in delivering the change and those that will be impacted by it. We do that by building a plan for these 4 key stages:
Readiness for change
We work with you to define where you are now, where we need to be and what needs to happen to ensure you successfully get there. More importantly we work with you and develop a plan that includes a process of regular check through out the project to ensure benefits are realised and the change is sustainable.
Case for change
We support you to clearly define the change, ensure ‘The Why’ is understood with all key stakeholders, but more so we plan on how this will be articulated and communicated through your organisation.
Mobilise the change
This is the most exciting phase of the project. It’s where your teams embark on their new ways of working. We work with you to achieve successful launch by ensuring your teams feel a sense belonging and that they are actively part of the change. This is as result of our activities that focus on ‘The Why’ as well as having a strong support structure in place to help your teams adopt their new ways of working to ensure we achieve lasting change.
Embed the change
We continuously monitor and measure the impact of our change activities to make sure they are working and will deliver sustainable change and business benefits. Through analysis, design, delivery and evaluation, we close the gap between your best-case objectives and the reality.
